I'm sorry it's been awhile. I've been busy, stressed, etc etc.
Recently, the First Lady decided to make it her goal to fight childhood obesity. It's a fantastic idea, and I have a lot of thoughts on it (which I'll get to later!) But, I wanted to share with you an article that I read online about the cost of obesity in America. It's a good read and makes you open your eyes. Enjoy!
